     • Selection of finishing materials.
     • Budget management tools.
     • Project management and tracking.
2. Custom Software Development:
   • Design and development of systems and software tailored to business needs.
3. Digital Consultation:
   • Providing specialized consulting in user experience, interface design, and digital solutions.

User Responsibilities

1. Compliance:
   • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using any product or service provided by UXUI Programming Solutions, including the Benyany app.
2. Accuracy of Information:
   • Users are responsible for providing accurate and updated information to ensure the proper delivery of services.
3. Acceptable Use:
   • Services are intended for personal or professional use only. Users are prohibited from:
     • Sharing or reselling services or data.
     • Using the app for malicious or illegal activities.
     • Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform or interfere with other users’ experiences.
4. Confidentiality:

2. Selection of Finishing Materials:
   • Offering curated lists of finishing materials, such as flooring, paint, lighting, doors, windows, and more.
   • Recommending high-quality finishing materials based on the project design.
   • Connecting users with trusted suppliers for material procurement.
3. Budget Management:
   • Comprehensive tools for creating and tracking construction and finishing budgets.
   • Organizing expenses and linking them to project phases.
   • Generating reports to track costs compared to planned budgets.
4. Purchase Lists:
   • Creating detailed lists of required materials and supplies for each project phase.
   • Linking purchase lists to suppliers for easy access to products.
5. Project Management and Tracking:

License Scope

1. Limited License:

3. Usage Restrictions:
   • Users are prohibited from:
     • Copying, modifying, or distributing any content from the app.
     • Sharing login credentials or licenses with third parties.

Pricing and Payment

1. Pricing:
   • The cost of services is determined based on user requests submitted via the app.
2. Payment Methods:
   • Payments are processed electronically through secure payment gateways available on the platform.
3. Price Adjustments:
   • The company reserves the right to adjust pricing or introduce new charges, with prior notice to users.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation:
   • Users may cancel a service within three (3) days of placing an order, provided work has not yet started.
2. Refunds:
   • Refunds are permitted if:
     • Services do not meet the agreed terms.
     • There is an error by the company that affects the project outcome.
3. Additional Costs:
   • Users will bear any additional costs resulting from changes or cancellations after work has commenced.

Service Termination

UXUI Programming Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account in the following cases:

3. Activities that negatively affect the app’s operations or other users’ experiences.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Bahraini courts.
